Ladies and gentlemen, I'd like to express to you that within the past few days, I have satisfied my need for snacking with sheets and sheets of seaweed. Yes, you heard that right. I ate green, yummy, lightly salted, toasty seaweed sheets. It was delicious and just downright addictive. I think I looked liked this after devouring them so quickly:

If you haven' already heard, seaweed is considered a super food. It offers benefits to your entire well-being that it's almost too good to be true. For thousands of years, seaweed, or sea vegetables as our forefathers called it, have been a prized aspect of their diet. From the Mediterranean coast to the Nordic countries and all the way down the Pacific coast of Hawaii, those in times before us scrounged the shorelines to harvest what has turned out to be the deepest secret to super health and long life. Seaweed was so prized, in fact, that sea vegetable gardens were kept in Hawaii specifically for royalty. Now, if this doesn't tell you how amazing seaweed is for your health, I don't know what would.

I'm sure I speak for all the dessert lovers out there when I say that there is no better way to satisfy your sweet tooth than with a ginormous cupcake.
