Free U by Kotex Sample

This one's a good freebie for women: Kotex is offering free samples of their newest line of tampons. Their packaging looks amazing, so hopefully the product within is just as good and impressive.

To get your free sample:

1) Click on the image below
2) Under the Home & Personal Care tab, find U Kotex and click on it
3) Fill out the form
*NOTE* You are required to have a 9-digit membership ID number. I was told that you can put in any random 9 numbers and you should be fine. I tried it and it works so you don't necessarily have to have a membership ID to get this free sample.
