Mother's Day Party Games Review

I have had the honor of doing a review for Python's Mother's Day Printable Games this past week and I couldn't have enjoyed it more. Python offers a unique way for families to enjoy each other's company by bringing back the classic notion of family fun/game night. With 20 different games to choose from in the Mother's Day pack, I was prepared to have a nostalgic evening filled with lots of fun and laughter--it was exactly that. My husband and I hosted an evening for a couple of our close friends to try out this game pack to prepare to play it on Mother's Day.

Upon going through the pack to choose which game to play first,  I was pleasantly surprised to see that many of the games were geared towards both the older and younger crowd. This is perfect considering that a Mother's Day party typically involves kids and adults. At least I knew that everyone can be involved and join in on the fun.

We decided to start off with a game called "Tangled Tongue Twisters Tango." This game is exactly as it sounds--each player must draw a card from the pile and try to read the tongue twister without flubbing. If you flub, you're eliminated. You're able to look at your card to read from it, but you can even take it to another level and make the players memorize the tongue twister. We opted for the latter to make it a little more challenging. I have to admit, I, and everyone else, went into this thinking we'd all conquer. I can't tell you enough how much we failed. But it's okay because we all laughed so hard our stomachs turned into rocks.

The next game we chose to do is called "Hot Actors Trivia." You can only imagine the looks on the guys' faces when the girls chose this one. And yes, you guessed it: it was all about guessing which hot actor is the answer to the question. All I have to say is, the girls won this one. I don't know whether I should be proud that I knew so many of the answers, or feel sad for myself when reality set in. I decided to stick to being proud of myself.

We went through a few more games for the rest of the evening and found that 20 games is much more than anyone can ask for. We didn't even make it through it all, but we were excited to do round 2 on Mother's Day. I can really go on and on about how much fun we had , but that's an experience that I'd love for you to have, too.....
